To benefit from the Visale Guarantee, you need to register online on the official Visale website. Once registered, you will receive a certified visa from Action Logement, which you can then present to your future landlord. This visa proves that you are covered by the Visale Guarantee. ✅
Duration of the Visale Guarantee 🗓️
The Visale Guarantee covers unpaid rent for a period of 36 months (3 years) during the first three years of the lease. If the lease is renewed, the guarantee does not renew automatically; you will need to reapply.
