Our observation
The observation is clear, all students, including those who still live with their families, have an increase in stress, symptoms of depression and concerns, once the return to higher education has begun.
Those who have stayed with their parents find it difficult to reconcile the demands of family life and student life, and those who have left home face financial, social and health difficulties.
These obstacles can be a real headache for students and for the institutions that host them.
